YEARS EXP
Commercial & Industrial Epoxy Flooring Systems
We provide epoxy flooring systems, concrete polishing, and mechanical surface preparation for commercial and industrial facilities throughout Vancouver and the surrounding regions, across multiple sectors and industries for the last 4 decades.
Residential Design
Our work is focused on environments where flooring performance directly affects operations, safety, compliance, and long-term maintenance.
Sustainable solutions
Residential projects are accepted selectively and only when expectations align with commercial installation standards.
Primary Service Region
- Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, Delta, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam
- Port Moody, New Westminster, North Vancouver, West Vancouver
- Langley, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, and White Rock
Our service area covers Metro Vancouver, including Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, Delta, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, New Westminster, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Langley, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, and White Rock.
Facilities located within Metro Vancouver are serviced directly by our own crews using our own equipment. We do not outsource local labor or adjust installation standards based on proximity. Quality control and supervision remains consistent.
Extended Service Area for Larger Projects
- Fraser Valley and Sea-to-Sky regions
- the Sunshine Coast, and surrounding areas
- Chilliwack, Hope, Squamish
- Abbotsford, Mission, Whistler
For larger commercial and industrial projects, we also service facilities throughout the Fraser Valley and Sea-to-Sky regions, including Abbotsford, Mission, Chilliwack, Hope, Squamish, Whistler, the Sunshine Coast, and surrounding areas.
Projects outside Metro Vancouver are evaluated based on scope, surface condition, preparation requirements, scheduling constraints, and operational complexity.
When we accept a project, it is completed to full commercial standards.
We do not reduce surface preparation, downgrade materials, simplify systems, or alter our installation process based on project size, budget, or whether the space is commercial or residential.
Every accepted project receives the same mechanical preparation, the same industrial-grade materials, the same equipment, and the same installation standards used on our large commercial and industrial work. There is no scaled-down version of our process. Built for longevity, durability, and performance.
Services Provided Across All Areas
All service areas receive the same specification-driven process, regardless of location.
System selection, surface preparation, material specifications, and installation standards do not vary by city.
Epoxy flooring
We design and install industrial-grade epoxy floor systems engineered around the slab itself. Substrate condition, moisture levels, traffic patterns, safety requirements, and intended use are evaluated before a system is ever specified.
The goal is not a fast install or a cosmetic upgrade. The goal is a floor that performs under real use without peeling, delaminating, or becoming a liability.
Concrete polishing
If you’re searching for concrete polishing in Vancouver, you’re not looking for decorative floor work. You are looking for a commercial concrete polishing contractor who understands durability, slip resistance, light reflectivity, and long term lifecycle performance. Not just shine.
This is hard working polished concrete, engineered for traffic, safety, and longevity.
Concrete grinding
Commercial concrete grinding is about controlling outcomes. It requires an understanding of slab profiling, coating adhesion, moisture behavior, industrial traffic loads, and how surface preparation directly affects long-term floor performance.
That’s why concrete grinding is not optional in commercial and industrial flooring. It’s the foundation everything else depends on.
Residential Projects: Selective
Residential epoxy flooring projects are accepted by request for garages, basements, workshops, and dedicated storage spaces where durability and long-term performance are the priority. Not cosmetic surface upgrades.
These projects are completed using the same mechanical preparation methods, the same industrial-grade materials, and the same installation standards used in our commercial work. There is no downgraded residential process. Standards remain identical across every accepted project. Period.
Why Service Area Does Not Change Standards On How We Build Floors
We don’t subcontract random local crews to expand coverage or cut logistical costs. Every project is completed by trained internal teams who understand our standards, our systems, and our expectations from start to finish.
Our crews travel fully equipped with the proper mechanical preparation equipment and installation tools required to execute the work correctly. The same surface profiling standards, moisture testing procedures, crack repair methods, and system specifications are applied in every location. Preparation depth, system build thickness, curing protocols, and quality control processes do not change based on distance.
We do not dilute specifications to make remote work easier. We do not adjust standards to fit convenience. The same materials, the same installation methodology, and the same performance criteria are used regardless of geography.
Service area affects logistics, scheduling, and mobilization planning but it never affects quality, workmanship, or system integrity. Standards travel wherever we work.
Facilities and Environments
We Support At Every Scale
Across all service regions, we work in active operational environments such as warehouses, manufacturing facilities, automotive and transportation buildings, food production spaces, commercial retail, medical and laboratory environments, municipal facilities, logistics centres, and loading docks.
If the surface is concrete and long-term performance matters, the location does not change the approach. You get the perfect installation. Every. Single. Time.
